Inspiring Stories

Caring for a sibling group of three can be both a challenging and rewarding experience. The dynamic of looking after multiple children often means juggling diverse personalities and needs, which can be demanding but also incredibly fulfilling.

Challenges include managing sibling rivalries, ensuring each child receives individual attention, and coordinating activities and schedules.

However, the positives are plentiful: the bond between siblings often means built-in companionship and support, creating a lively and loving household. Watching them grow together, share experiences, and build lifelong memories can be immensely gratifying. Ultimately, while it requires patience and adaptability, looking after a sibling group of three offers a unique opportunity to foster a close-knit family unit.

Laura & Tom

In February 2024 we contacted Inspire who were a relatively new local agency but from viewing their website and social media appeared to be a small, friendly, family orientated agency which is what we were looking for. Everyone at Inspire as been very welcoming and we already know and have met most people employed by the agency. For anyone thinking of becoming foster carers or transferring agency I would definitely recommend Inspire.

Lisa and Che

"Caring for children with complex health needs has been both a challenging and rewarding journey for me as a foster carer. One of the key elements that has made this journey manageable and fulfilling is the unwavering support from my agency Inspire Fostering. They have been a cornerstone in providing not only practical assistance but also emotional support. From the very beginning, the training programs offered by the agency equipped me with essential skills and knowledge, ensuring I felt prepared and confident in my role."
